Legalizing cannabis has led to a great many culinary changes in the US. From January 2022, you can discover, taste and experience the versatility of combining cannabis, wine and fine dining with Top Chef Theun van den Bergh and Cannabis Sommelier Arthur Heine. We offer 4 courses, 4 matching wines and 4 types of cannabis at A 159 per person, with a minimum of four persons. We only use seasonal and organic products. All of our meals center around vegetables and you can choose between meat, fish, vegetarian and/or gluten free. We will naturally leave the kitchen the way we found it, will bring our own plates, cutlery and glasses and do the dishes. As a bonus, we will taste a Pinot Blanc with Girl Scout Cookies terpenes!
